Rider and Passenger Info

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years old and must present a valid driver's license at the time of check-in. The minimum age to carry a minor is 21 years old. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Passenger Requirements

There is no minimum age requirement for passengers. However, all passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant their feet firmly on the floor (feet must touch the floor while seated), and have their back fully against the backrest. No car seats or boosters are allowed.

About The Ride

Your adventure with us is a self-guided tour experience. Vehicle pickup is at the Center Point Trailhead. We have proudly partnered with the 3,000-acre off-road park called Wilderness Rider Offroad Park. The park is located about 20 minutes from the pickup location. Riders will need to arrive at the pickup location approximately 20 minutes early for check-in. After check-in, the renters will take the vehicles to the park and ride through the trails. There is an entrance fee for riders, which we cover if your rental is for 4, 6, or 8 hours. A unique part of the park is the opportunity to ride alongside wild buffalo! Cancelation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee per unit. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee. Cancellations must be made via email or phone during regular business hours; we do not accept cancellations via social media platforms. If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Deposit And Damage Information

To ensure your vacation can go smoothly, we do not require a $2,000 damage deposit like most of our competitors. We do, however, require the premium insurance for all vehicles rented out. This limits renter liability to $1,500 if a vehicle is damaged or wrecked. Of course, if the damage is less than $1,500, we will only require what it costs to fix. We need to ensure the vehicles are in the best condition possible for all our renters, which starts with taking care of the vehicles. For reference, ordering a new colored door skin, black door backer, and installing it averages $800 for just one door. On average, if a vehicle is laid on its side, it costs $5,000 to fix and is often down for two weeks while we order parts. As these are brand new vehicles, new parts are often on backorder and may not be obtainable for months. If renters are found to be particularly reckless, we may charge $50 per day the vehicle is down in lost income.
